RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTE: Sale items, customized pieces such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be exchanged or returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your item.
  • We have a 7 day exchange or return policy. Upon receiving your item you have 7 days to request an exchange or return.
  • To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unused with original tags and its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In case of exchange or return neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost, duties or taxes will be repaid. The item must be returned to the provided address to be considered for exchange or refund. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return.
  • We recommend sending your return with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at the provided address. 
  • If the exchange or return has been accepted, the new item will be shipped or purchase automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds may take 1-3 days for processing. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • In case of lost packages, you will be required to provide two pieces of documentaion; a proof of delivery  and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, THE BOBBIE SHOP will not be held accountable for any losses.
